Due to hygiene and safety reasons, smoking-related products are non-returnable once opened.

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
